We accept returns on ready-to-wear dresses within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Please note: All handmade and 'Made to Order' gowns (like 'White Majesty' and 'Rosé Gown') are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Delivery for in-stock items typically takes 3-5 business days within major cities in Saudi Arabia. 'Made to Order' items will require additional processing time as specified on the product page. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
