General Conditions We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • All items must be returned in their original, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition.
  • All original tags, including the Dar Rada tag, must be attached and intact.
  • Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Non-Returnable Items Due to the special nature of our products, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Handmade & Made-to-Order gowns (This includes, but is not limited to, RosĆ© Gown, White Majesty, Soft Promise, and Halo).
  • All Bridal Dresses (ŁŲ³Ų§ŲŖŁŠŁ† Ų§Ł„Ų²ŁŲ§Ł).
  • Items purchased on sale or with a promotional code.

How to Initiate a Return If your item is eligible for a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Please email our customer service team at [your email, e.g., info@dar-rada.com] within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your Order Number and the Reason for your return.
  2. Get Approval: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and detailed shipping instructions. (Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted).
  3. Ship Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges We are currently unable to offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size for an eligible item, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order.
